Construction.Learning provides access to online courses, webinars, certifications, assessments, job listings, memberships, and professional credential services. The availability, pricing, and content of these services may change at any time without prior notice.
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the purchased course content for the duration specified. Access may be time-limited or lifetime depending on the course terms at the time of purchase.
Certifications are awarded upon successful completion of the required assessments. Construction.Learning reserves the right to revoke certifications if obtained through fraudulent means.
Professional role credentials (SME, Instructor, Faculty, Coach, Mentor) are subject to verification and approval. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke credential status at our discretion.
The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Construction.Learning, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without prior written consent.
You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. The platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
In no event will Construction.Learning, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
