This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for courses, memberships, certifications, and other paid services on our platform.
Refund eligibility for courses depends on the type of course.
Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. However, refunds for memberships are subject to the following conditions:
Quarterly memberships can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual memberships may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
Fees paid for certifications and assessments are generally non-refundable once the assessment has been started. If you have not yet started the assessment, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Rescheduling may be available as an alternative to a refund, subject to availability.

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and may reach out for additional information if needed.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
