At Construction.Learning, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for courses, memberships, certifications, and other paid services on our platform.

2Course Refunds

Refund eligibility for courses depends on the type of course and how much content has been accessed.

Eligible for Refund

  • Request made within 7 days of purchase
  • Less than 25% of course content accessed
  • No certificate or credential issued
  • Technical issues preventing course access

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Request made after 7 days of purchase
  • More than 25% of course content accessed
  • Certificate or credential already issued
  • Course purchased during a promotional offer

3Membership Refunds

Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. However, refunds for memberships are subject to the following conditions:

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days and less than 10% of membership benefits have been utilized. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

4Certification & Assessment Refunds

Fees paid for certifications and assessments are generally non-refundable once the assessment has been started. If you have not yet started the assessment, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Rescheduling may be available as an alternative to a refund, subject to availability.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Email our support team at refunds@constructionlearning.com with your order ID, registered email, and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and may reach out for additional information if needed.

Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
